For our 2-year anniversary hubby took me to the Melting Pot. We have heard many good things about this place, but last night was our first time. And guess what? Those good things we have heard were true!First of all, the service was wonderful! After learning that it was our anniversary, we received complimentary champagne. Also, from the get go, I discovered the sweetest, tastiest Muscato wine. A very good start to a 4 course meal.
Speaking of, the first course consisted of dipping tender bread in creamy Wisconsin cheese. The second course was a plate of healthy greens. The third course was cooking a variety of meat in soup-based hot pot. And the last course, my favorite, was a pond of chocolate Tiramisu that hosted strawberries, bananas, pound cake and brownie bits.
On top of delicious food and good service, the Melting Pot's inviting atmosphere perfected our very special night! It was a wonderful place for any date night!
