YUM YUM DIM SUM

Originally from Southern China, Dim Sum literally means "Touch the Heart". Usually served with tea at lunch time, Dim Sum consists of small dishes from pork buns, vegetables and shrimp dumplings to fruit cups, egg tarts and rice pudding.

When I hear the word "Dim Sum", I think "Yum"! My mouth waters and my tummy wants some.

In Seattle, there are many places that serve this type of delightful Chinese cuisine. The best I have been to has to be O'Asian. Don't be fooled by its swanky interior, O'Asian serves very traditional Dim Sum dishes in the most traditional way - carts!
